If you dont get a bill in the mail do you feel that you shouldnt be charged a late fee because..........?

you never got the statement? Or do you feel that you should know about when you get it and when it is normally due and be responsible for paying it no matter what? A simple A or B answer will do fine. Unless you really want to add your 2 cents.
