I'm trying to find information on an antique wrench that has the word KITCHENKOOK on it. Can anyone help?

The wrench is German I believe. It has two open ends on the same side and one closed end on the other side. I've never seen one like it, but I'm trying to help an old pal who works with antiques and I can find NOTHING on this particular item. Anything is better than what I have to work with right now.
